Frequently Asked Questions

  • I received an invitation for an interview from a company. What do I need to do to register?

Follow the link that the employer or recruiter sent you. You can also register from the homepage.

  • Do you have a job search function?

No. Our system is set up for employers to post jobs and then search for candidates whose profiles fit the position. Then the employer requests interviews with qualified candidates. The more comprehensive your profile is, the greater chance that it will get the attention of prospective employers and recruiters.

  • What are the system requirements for the online interview?

All interviews are done through our web portal. The first step after you've accepted an employer's invitation is to provide your availability through the site. They will coordinate with the expert’s schedule to see what works. Our system requirements for the interview are:
    • A computer with an internet connection. (High-speed connectivity is best for reviewing video interviews.)
    • The latest version of Flash.
    • The latest version of an internet browser for website functionality. Internet Explorer users will need to download the Google Chrome Frame plug-in to view interviews. (At this time, Chrome Frame only works with Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and 9 on Windows 7 / Vista / XP SP2 or greater. Mac users will need to use Firefox or Chrome browsers.)

  • What industries do employers search for job candidates in?

We do not have limits on the fields of jobs, so candidates from any industry are welcome to create a profile.

  • Why doesn't the company interview me?

Our system depends on expert-led recruiting. That means that employers and recruiters turn to industry experts to conduct the first interview with a candidate. The expert then provides his or her feedback on the candidates' qualifications, skills and experience.

  • After the interview is complete, what is the next step?

The employer will view the interview online and review the expert’s feedback. Then they will decide whether to pursue the interview process. If they choose you as a candidate, the employer will contact you by phone or email from your registered contact information.

  • What should I include in my profile?

Our site allows you to create a comprehensive profile. You can upload multiple attachments including your resume, portfolio, headshot and any other files that illustrate your skills and experience. We also have connection options for you to sync your profile with your LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts.
