The site currently allows CATS users to import candidate's resumes into the system with a current CATS account. We plan to integrate with other ATS's in the future. Let us know if you have a specific requirement.
Employers should send candidates inviting them to visit the sign-up page. After the candidate has completed the registration process, the employer can select the candidate for an interview.
Each expert sets his or her own hourly rate for interviews, which are generally an hour long. Our system works in tokens that cost $10 each. For example, if an expert's hourly rate is $100, the employer would pay 10 tokens.
Yes. Employers are able to search for candidates after they have created a job posting. By clicking on the name of the job posting, it will link to another page with the job info and buttons to search for more candidates. This functionality only works if an employer has an active job posting.
We do not have limits on the fields of expertise. Experts in all fields can register for the site. As more experts register, the selection of industries will grow.
All experts are required to have at least ten (10) years of high-level experience in their given industry. We confirm the experience level and only accept experts with appropriate levels of experience. After an expert has been accepted into the system, employers can review the credentials and CVs of that expert on our site.
